My name is Michalina and I’m a private surf coach based in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. Here’s a little bit about me and how surfing brought me to this island.
My name is Michalina – private surf coach based in Corralejo
I grew up in Poland but somewhere along my adult journey I discovered surfing and got hooked from the very first wave. I knew from that moment that it would be the rest of my life. All decisions from that point onwards were to help me live by the ocean and surf every single day! I travelled, surfed and tried to find ways of supporting myself. I’ve lived in Mexico, Portugal, Spain, UK and travelled in Indonesia.
A few years ago I found a place that I call home now – Fuerteventura. Based in Corralejo, one of the island’s best surf spots, Fuerteventura allowed me to grow as a surfer and focus on progression that led to taking part in international competitions, including the ISA World Surfing Championships, and earning a place on the national surf team representing Poland.
But competitive surfing is not the only reason I stayed.
Teaching is my other passion. As a qualified surf instructor and private surf coach in Fuerteventura, passing on the knowledge I’ve gained over the years is something I truly love. Whether you’re a complete beginner stepping on a board for the first time or an intermediate surfer looking to level up, I offer private surf lessons in Corralejo tailored to your pace and goals.
I’m here to help you progress and make your surfing journey in Fuerteventura as enjoyable as possible.
